It is 18 dollars a gallon in some places in africa, but it is also 45 cents a gallon in some places over there around europe I believe...

This shit is crazy, but we will end up learning not to drive these stupid *** gas guzzlers.. Do like they do in brazil and ride bikes and mopeds, and them small sized diesel pickups..

Theres some good about rising gas prices. The lazy out of shape people will eventually start walking to the corner store or maybe get motivated and get a bicycle. Smaller cars is less traffic. Demand already created a huge market for alternate energy, already have diesels on vegetable oil and the chevy VOLT! I wouldnt mind seeing monorails in NYC one day. More efficient boilers and ovens being produced, all kinds of markets being blown open again. LESS RELIANCE ON ARABS.

They found some oil on my parents land, so high gas prices rock.

Plus I'm from west Texas; our economy is kicking *** right now. The smart white people are saving, saving, saving and the retarded mexicans are spending, spending, spending. So, in a couple years when the West Texas oil economy crashes, the mexicans will be broke and have to go back to Mexico. Woohoo!
