Trying to make a amp work (US amps XT-1600.4)

Trying to make a amp i picked up work with my new setup in my camaro.

Head-unit: Clarion CZ309

Front Components: Re audio RE 6.5" components

Sub: Sundown Audio e8 (svc 4ohm 200rms)

Box: ABC box by RCBenclosures

Specs for amp

100Wx4 @ 4ohms (Watts RMS)

200Wx4 @ 2ohms (Watts RMS)

450Wx2 @ 4ohms bridged (Watts RMS)

I would like to give the components 100rms each and bridge two of the channels to put 450 to the sub.

did this on a old powerbass amp and worked fine but was told by good friend from a local shop that i cant do this with the xt 1600.4
