Trying to give Dad some bass...please help

there will be one blue wire and one blue wire with a white stripe more than likely. one will be the power antenna wire and will only give 12v+ when you have the radio turned on, so in case you run into a problem of bass when on radio, none on cd... there ya go.

the remote terminal is for a wire with a 12 volt current that is turned on only when the key is in the on position, and it supplies the amp with the power to turn it on.
