Trying to find what amp to get for my subs

Hey guys. I do not know much about car audio but I have bought 2 JL Audio Subs in an enclosure and now I need an amp.

I did not remove them from the enclosure but from the way they look I am guessing they are JL Audio 10W1v2-8 1-Way 10" Car Subwoofers. Now I just need to know what sub to buy. I am going to take these into a car audio place to have them installed, I just want to find a better deal on a sub than retail price and I need to make sure I get something compatible that will make them sound great.

The one amp in my area on craigslist right now is a JL AUDIO AMP 500/1 ICH 500 WATTS. If this is a good choice for 180$ let me know. If not I'd love links to good amps I could purchase online that would power these well.

The JL 500/1 would be a good choice as long as it's in good shape. Are the subs in a JL box? If so it'll tell the final impedance on the box's speaker terminals. Really need to know the subs impedance (ohms).
