Trying to design box...

Once again, I'm trying to tackle the formula for designing a box using George's tutorial...

My max dimensions are 14HX36WX29D.

I've started using the first formula but do not know what two do for the Av. Is it a figure that I determine myself?

This is what I have so far...

Lv=Av X 1.84 X 10^8 / [6.8306 X 1728 X (28/0.159)^2] - 0.823 X sqrt Av

After searching, I found what Av was and chose to use an area of 50in. Now I have a physical Lv of 18.31461598. In determining my second wall I used the #12. So now I have 18.31461598-13.5. Which gives me 4.8161598. Am I correct so far?
