Trying to clean this sub up. Anybody know how?

The cone and basket of this sub have a lot of scuffs and discoloration to them. Its not polished aluminum or chrome like the top of the motor. It's textured like the screen on a tv. flat screen lcd. like dvd covers that you can move from side to side and it changes.... hard to explain. I was thinking of taking a mother's powerball cleaning tool to it with some aluminum cleaner. Just don't know if anyone has any ideas. Pictures are a little better on the thread i put on ecoustics.

Got a new toy today. Anybody remember these???

Doesn't look bad in the pictures. but its a little sketchy up close. was going to do an inverted mount with it, but the basket is really crappy looking.
