Not the classifieds and its not a troll either. OP is wasting his time and money since preout voltages are meaningless unless you run garbage amps anyways.

the voltage of your preouts on your head unit only determines the position of the gain on your amplifiers. The higher you have to set your gain, lower preout voltage higher gain, the higher the chance of getting noise. Now if you find what is causing the noise and eliminate it your preout/gain specifications don't really matter anymore. A higher preout will not make your system louder.

Thus,You will /should get a better signal to your amps,and able to adjust tones at your fingertips by the bands on the eq in which will make a dramatic change of the sound produced.

no, not at all. It's the same signal just amplified more before the external amplifier. If you have quality equipment installed correctly it still doesn't matter.

No, not how it works. If the preout voltage is 2v compared to 8v, tuning bands on an EQ has nothing to do with signal noise being produced from the speakers.

All gain does is match input voltage to an amp. On quality equipment you can run a 2v HU with a quality amp and not have issues. If you have a shitty amp, running higher voltages will help you keep the gain down on the amp and produce less heat, causing less stress on the junky gear. Otherwise like I already mentioned preout voltage is irrelevant. One of the best SQ headunits ever made had a 2mv preout.
