trunk sub placement

ok, fold down seats in a acura tl, i was thinking having the subs and port both faced inwards from the trunk with that sealed off. so id fold down the seats and there would be the subs and port facing me. is that a good idea? or is there better

 
that would get loud but make sure to seal off the trunk.. some have tried sub up and port back... i personally run sub and port facing cabin and its loud

 
Usually rear-firing gives a deeper response in a trunk, but not always. Usually forward-firing gives the best SQ/most linear freq response, but not always. Unless you find someone with the same car and similar setup, we can only reply with such guesstimates.

Im also curious if you are planning on fitting 4 15's ported in that trunk.
