The car that i own right now, i dont plan to keep too awful long, and there for im looking to cut my teeth with alot of this stuff with spending little to nothing on it, as it will be passed on or junked. I have had a a HUGE roll of thick grey foam come into my ownership as of late. Will this work for trunk deading? Its not like packing foam its kind of hard but seems to reflect sound well, as apposed to absorbing it. I aim to line my trunk with the stuff. Just cut and spray adhesive. Is trunk sound deading just for keeping the rattling down or will this also improve my sound/bass output?
