trunk rattle??

would it help if i explained that it rattles from the latch? but i will look around on the site.

besides i already have the rear half of the trunk coverd with dynamat extreme.

maybe someone can explain how to make the latch stop rattling

I was going to say fill with spray foam but if it is a latch rattle then hrmm I guess just make sure all is tight on the bolts for the latch. Also make sure you use deadner pads around the latch.

thinking about putting something like dynamat over the latch but still able to close it but then put something along the lines of acoustic foam over that and hopeful it will isolate it back behind it............. hell i don't know, only notice it really outside the vehicle...............fvck it for now deal with it later, gonna go make some smoke

what i did was i got some stick on weather stripping from work, and lined the trunk lid where it hits the jamb, that took the lid rattle away. I also did that to the back of my license plate.

Turn your system on. Close your trunk, and feel around to whats rattling.

Make sure your latch's bolts are tight

u can also slide your actual latch up and down to make it easier for your trunk to latch or harder.

i moved mine asfar down as i could...i do have to slam that bish but it dont' rattle no'mo.
