Going from 4 15's sealed to 2 15's ported

ok im thinking about going from 4 PB 2 xl's, in a sealed box, to 2 of them in a ported box and they will be ran off a XT4000d. Will it be louder or not?

That depends on so many factors it's ridiculous.

Plus volume is pretty subjective.

What car are you putting it in, what size of the box, what frequency is it going to be tuned at and what's your electrical like?

I would take ported 2 15's over sealed 4 15's any day of the week

oh and i forgot to add that the sealed box was fiberglass
