Depends on the vehicle and how much leg room your willing to sacrifice. I have my box in my single cab setup for a/b 8-9"s of depth. But i gave up ALL of my legroom for that.

Uhh, cant remember specifics but off the top of my head IIRC, 9" bottom depth, 7" top depth, 54" wide and 16" tall. Comes out to somewhere around 3.5ft^3

Never messed w/type R's, let someone whose had experience w/them tell you how much airspace you should use. I personally think 3.5ft would be too much for one 10
