TREO TSX Subwoofers and MSX amplifiers... thoughts?

How are TREO TSX subwoofers? Efficient? Can the 10" get loud with 250wrms each in about 1 cubic foot sealed?

And how about the TREO MSX1 Amplifier? Looks like a nice little small footprint amp that is made in America. Any issues with reliability? Able to produce rated power?
