Treo csx 15s fine for daily?

i was told by spinDB who talked to treo which a engineer said that because of the unique cooling it could take 2000 for about a hour.

i was gonna put either a 4kw on all 4 or 2 memphis 2500ds

be like 1000-1200 each think that would be loud as hell for daily or more power.

i run one daily and it does fine. I ran it off of about 1500 watts and it did fine. I took a 7 hour drive and it did fine the whole way.

did you buy toxic tuan's motors? if you did you bought the ones w/no cooling (for higher bl).. if it is them, i wouldnt recomend it...

if there is no cooling than I agree with 02parkave... I rather run ssx's which in my mind are the best treo subs I have seen.

I never really understood why the csx's are rated for less power and from what I have gathered...lesser of a woofer compared to the ssx. even in competition use I have heard people prefer ssx's over csx's for the most part.

I have heard some bad things about treos being used for comps...

yeah there from tuan but, he said its still got cooling just not on the pole he said i should be fine, if not hey new setup coming again lol we'll see man

well- give it a shot, if youd like- you never know... (but the base csx didnt have much in the way of cooling, i cant imagine those without the pole vent) good luck either way!
