erm..hello.
Do you have feedback/rep on any other sites? If so make him ship first and once you get confirmation(tracking number) you send yours out.
Get a phone number from other party and keep in contact.
Save ALL txts/pm's/emails until the deal is done. I usually keep all things like that for up to a month just in case.
There are more but just can't think right now.
