If you sell it privately, then he would be good in that situation. Of course a dealer will never give you what the vehicle is worth, and then they will sell it for a few grand over BB...

In his case, I'd say he's fudged. The vehicle was in a wreck, therefore it is very hard to determine the actual value of it and a dealer will give him **** for it; and privately he won't get much more.

Moral: Learn to drive, and learn about financing...

.. Duurrrrrr.. bring it to the dealer, say u wanna trade it in on another car... they drive it, tell u what its worth..... If its worth 8 then u fuked 6k.. So if you buy a car thats 15k ... it just went up to 21k
