not really .. dealers will give you what they want and how they think it will sell... My diamante booked at 10,400 they said ahhh we couldnt get more than 7 or 8 for it.. well give u 6.. i said fuk u and walked on

I was giving a decent resouce to determine his status. I , nor anyone, can predict what any given deal will give for the car.

If you sell it privately, then he would be good in that situation. Of course a dealer will never give you what the vehicle is worth, and then they will sell it for a few grand over BB...

In his case, I'd say he's fudged. The vehicle was in a wreck, therefore it is very hard to determine the actual value of it and a dealer will give him shit for it; and privately he won't get much more.

Moral: Learn to drive, and learn about financing...

.. Duurrrrrr.. bring it to the dealer, say u wanna trade it in on another car... they drive it, tell u what its worth..... If its worth 8 then u fuked 6k.. So if you buy a car thats 15k ... it just went up to 21k

I got lucky on my last car purchase. Well I drove that for a couple years and had like 1000 some dollars go on to my principal of the payoff. So I was like FAWK that and had to get into something else. So went car shopping and walked away with my 2006 Ford Focus St for 18500 and yep I am paying on it for many years, like 5 I think, but I got in the 6% range and they paid off most of my other car. I owned 6800 and they gave me 6500, so I had only 300 in negetive equaity. Not bad if you ask me.
