Trade gone bad?

ok, i traded my 15" XXX for 2 12in sx's to Shinychromes. John, sent them out 3 days before i sent out my sub. I Insured the sub for 300$, which they packaged and everything. Be get the sub 5 days later his one of the spokes in the basket is cracked. He then puts a hold on my subs for who knows why. I call him and he said that he will send them back out. he gives me 2 tracking numbers because he had to send them out seperate. I keep checkin usps to track the packaged but they are not showing up. A week and a half later to see what the hell is going on. He said that he is not satisfied with the sub and i will not be getting my sx's. I am heated by now, he lied to me twice about shipping out the subs. He says that the insurance money is not good enough. And to call UPS to have the packaged picked up from his house. Do you think that it is right full for me to have these subs? The man finally answered his phone after i called him non stop for 3 strait days after i left a message saying that ill be taking legal action if i dont hear from him
