Total amp confusion

So I'm putting a system in my car for the first time and I have my mind set on speakers and subwoofers, I'm just completely confused as far as amps & power go... Not looking to shake the earth, just to feel/sound really nice

I would like these speakers to perform optimally, but being 17 and just now getting a job, I'm basically broke... I need value, but not cheap.

thinking 2 10" kicker L7's and two sets of polk audio db651s... any help here would be appreciated thx.

also would like to know if i'm going to be needing a new alternator with this..
