this is pretty much an extension of what i was asking in my origional thread:

http://forums.caraudio.com/vb/showthread.php?p=328267#post328267

my 02 lancer says it has a front speaker size of 6 3/4, depth of 3 and height of 3/4, but practically all i see are 6 1/2 sized speakers that *sometimes* come with 6 3/4 adapters. what do you reccomend would be the best speakers for me that would cost around 200 for a front pair?

heres some info:

i like to listen to rap and trance so if that helps...

so far i have a brahma 15" in the back so i want something that would work well with that and not be drowned out.

i really really don't want to buy a new amp at the moment so i want something that would sound decent off my head unit that has 52 w x 4 at 4 ohm max power and 23.2 w x 4 at 4 ohm rms. i know someday i will get an amp for them but for now i just want them off my hu. so yes, its a must that it will sound noticibly better than stock speakers both powered off head unit for now and be ready for a future upgrade in power later.

i know i want to do the installation myself so im mainly looking into simple plug in coaxials but i have heard of comps that you could have the tweeters attached to the woofer so yeah that would be great for now since i dont want to make any modifications to the car itself like placing the tweets.

so far im looking at something like these:

Kicker Resolution RS6c

http://www.sounddomain.com/shop/item.pl?sku=KICRS6C&vq_id=none

Infinity Kappa 63.5i

http://www.sounddomain.com/shop/item.pl?sku=INFKAPPA635I&vq_id=none

well that looks like it should be enough information; please let me know what you can and thanks for any and all help!

My saturn also calls for 6 3/4 inch speakers. Although not great, Alpine makes coax's and components in 6 3/4". Personally, I got DEI Neodymiums becuase they fit the shallow mounting depth. If you can find those for cheap, they would be a good bet.
