i have a type r too lol. i don't have a problem with them, i just know when i first joined up the concensus was they weren't worth the hype or some bullshit.

i'm extremely happy with it as a 'first subwoofer ever' purchase as it was for me. i would recommend it.

but that's not to say i wouldn't like to and plan to move on to 'bigger and better' things

for the money id throw some in the GF exporer bcause she doesnt take care of crap, so when he messes hem up by putting a stroller through the cone or blasting them with a ox agains them or somethign its a cheap fix to buy another

Yeah I hear ya. Thing is I have had some elite stuff. That shit put me in debt for years until I clamied bankruptcy a couple years ago. Now I go with what I can afford and does the trick. Besides I am not looking to win comps or anything, just want it to sound good.
