Why I'm retiring from Car Audio ...
One, I'm out of the loop on new equipment and especially on "internet" brands ...

Two, I'm easily replaced by people like Squeak or Jack Frost ...

Three, most people see me as a loser who spends too much time here ...

Five, 3 years of trying my best to help others on these forums gets me labeled as selfish ...

well the CA.com iq average just dropped ten points (maybe lemans can make up for it and leave, jk buddy).

anyways, learn to play guitar, take all these feelings and write an emo song, breakup with your girl and write another emo song, put out a record, then get wasted and bone all the hot preppy chicks that listen to emo. its all rock n' roll from there.

Jmac has always been there since I have joined. Hell, he drove to a pawnshop for me once to look for an amplifier! The guy was amazing- still is, if he still stops by. Otherwise his voice on all of his replies and posts are a shrine to all that this website really stands for- helping people out, and whern there's nothing else, pissing away hours flaming people wittily and having a good time.

You will be missed. No replacements here man. You are not selfish, I read the thread they called you out on- they were being gay and hypothetical. True, you might have rejected a few people because they wouldn't pay you back, WHO WOULDN'T? God that pissed me off, you did a great job of defending yourself, but you can either be a saint or human, and you chose to be human- absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Who cares if you aren't into music as much anymore? How many posts on this website are actually about music? I couldn't give a crap what's spinning in the deck, as long as i can skip once to some screw tunes and bump hard when I feel like it...

In short, cutting down to once or twice a week wouldn't hurt- you've made some good friends here and it is a bad idea to cut yourself off completely from friends- that would be selfish if you did.

Enjoy the extra free time, or if you decide to leave for good, don't tear up Canada too bad!
