Why I'm retiring from Car Audio ...
One, I'm out of the loop on new equipment and especially on "internet" brands ...

Two, I'm easily replaced by people like Squeak or Jack Frost ...

Three, most people see me as a loser who spends too much time here ...

Four, a lot of those people also dislike me ...

Five, 3 years of trying my best to help others on these forums gets me labeled as selfish ...

Six, dwindling interest in music ...

Seven, not paying nearly as much attention to my GF as she deserves ...

Eight, inability to relate to primary demographic ...

Nine, internet costs money ...

Ten, I've let too many people down ...

There is little enjoyment to be had doing anything that resembles free work regularly for others. You need to be here because you enjoy it.

Over-run by post-*****s? The average post count is well above 3k... and most of those people have been here under 2 years...

It's just gotten ridiculous. There used to be a time when post whoring was looked down upon here..
