My favorite movie for last year was "The Town." Starred and directed by Ben Affleck. Such an awesome movie. Well written, acted and directed. I think he should have received an award for best directed film of the year for that one

scarface tops carlitos way dude, not even in the same era!

This is true but im talking of the quaility screenplay of these mob/gangster movies. They were both great I just happened to like carlitos way because of the story. And just for the record, im talking about the original one and not the piece of crap remake.

Its all subjective anyway.

Since you mentioned Affleck... Gone Baby Gone is a pretty good movie too

Role models is definitely a top notch comedy. Eagle eye was a decent "technology is out to get us" type of movie. Meh.

yeah!... fckin good suspense movie. I watched it not knowing anything about it.

If someone raves about a movie then I dont want to know anything about it. makes them 10x better if its a hit!.

watched all those movies and love them all! pandorum was scary as fusks the first time i saw it. the 5th element was one of the best sci fi movies of the 90's imo.
