dont buy the cheap routers off ebay though, I bought one and the ****ing bits keep getting jammed up in the router and you cant get them out without prying them and end up breaking the blades on the bits //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I got one of those $200 mastercraft tools that comes with 100 attachments.

they call them cut out tools i believe.. made cutting out mdf baffles a freakin breeze i cut out a complicated shape and speaker hole in less then 10 minutes.

and it comes with a circle cutting attachment..

basically a heavy duty dremel...

wait till one goes on sale or something....

I wish i could find a cheap one of those.

Plunge routers > all, when it comes to cutting out circles, doing roundover work on speaker cabinet edges, and cutting speaker holes for flush mounting in material.

Some good brands are Porter Cable, Makita, Bosch, Ryobi, Hitachi...just about anything other than Dewalt, and you're good //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
