I went down to my local circuit city yesterday and i picked up their MTX dual 12 enclosure for my two alpine type-r's , when i got home it looked rather small and it read 1 cubic foot per side so basically its a 2.0 cubic foot box with dimensions of:

Height 13.9 inches

Width 28.4 inches

Depth 12.6 inches

The reviews were all mainly positive so i'm not sure if i should return it and get a bigger enclosure with more cubic feet.

I am wondering if this will work..Im only looking for a decent amount of bass but not anything like window flexing or anything like that

Well i dont really know how to build my own, im sure i could do it, but i dont feel like taking the time to be honest to construct one..

im just wondering if i can get decent bass out of the box i have

they are going to be powered by a hifonics 1206d amp
