THE WHOLE THING!!!
Well, I finally decided to get off my *** today and clean up my front stage and make a decent center console so my setup doesn't look like shit.

On to the pics.

These are from when I first installed everything in february, and that is what it looked like up until today. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

And this is what I've accomplished lately

Painted the speaker panels to match the truck and mounted the tweeters IN the a-pillar instead of just two-sided taped to it. hahaha

Took out the old console and the amp that was just sitting there

Started on the amp rack/center console

My $4 autozone center console that I'm going to destroy to mold it in to the amp rack

Starting to mold in the cup holders/storage area, and this is as far as I got tonight

Well, thats all for now. Hopefully I'll get some more done in the next couple days and post some more pics.

Looks like a good start.I thought you said you painted those adapter plates to match the rest of the dash? It might be my monitor but they look almost black as compared to the rest which looks gray to me?
Match the TRUCK, not the dash. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

They are a dark blue metallic color, like the paint on my truck.

Now call me crazy, but drink holders.........amp...........drink holders........amp.........liquid.........amp...........liquid..........amp = possible future devastation if something spills?

Chevy FTW.Is that the Kicker SS set?If so how u like em?Good luck with the rest.
Nah, they are just the KS series. They work good enough for, sound good enough, and were the right price. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I may upgrade in the future to the RS's, which sound amazing in my teammates' cars

Actually, the way I had it before was worse than what it's going to be. The cup holder (and a crappy one at that) was IN FRONT of the amp, and the drink would always tilt back during acceleration.

Now, the cupholder are behind the amp, and a good distance away. I forsee no problems. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I thought the dime was on its last leg. bodywise.
Well, there are the giant holes in the floor that I am continually avoiding, and some rust and shit on the outside that I don't really care about either, but it still runs good, and still does good in competitions, so I'm hanging on to it for now.

After this season, most likely it'll be gone. So long as I get my back fixed and have a good paying, full-time job that allows me to afford purchasing a newer vehicle.
