To the people that have three or more alternators as a daily driver

I just put in three alternators in my car and it is a daily driver.I do this sometimes but when I come to my house I open my hood and get a fan and blow air on the alternators just to cool them, basically baby the alternators.I would like people opinion on this to see what I am doing is necessary or not.

Alternators are made plenty strong enough to withstand some engine heat.

I have total of five amps Two PG 600 Ti's,One 400 ti and the biggest amp draw are my two 07 US Amp MD3D which draw a total of 480 amps. I have alot of amp draw from everything and all my amps are unregulated which is great.

they are stinger alternators ,each drawing 220 each.Also I have two Kinetik 800 one 600 and a PG Powercore 15 farad capacitor.

That isnt that much current draw...my one amp can draw more than that and 2 alts is just fine...unless these alts arent very high output...what kind/amperage alts?

Edit:Beat me to it...but i'd ditch the cap

with all my amps together I have a total of 660 amps draw and so far I will not go below 13.4 almost 14 volts all the time.

alts have fans built into them, some are out on the pulley, some on the inside of the case

Well, I cant say I dont like a solid electrical system..theyre always nice to have...I assume atleast a pair of 0-gauge for both power+ground?

A little overkill, perhaps? But, hey, whatever makes YOU happy! I must say, must have been some good custom fabricating to get 3 alts to work.
