It doesn't matter how accurate it is they will still jack your shit and their isn't a city judge that would give it back. Ever since Bloomberg took over city ordinances have went nuts. They are ticketing for everything, I mean everything. They gave a pregnant woman a ticket for sitting on the steps, are she was trying to do is rest her feet. The city has gone nuts since he took over and I'm afraid it's only going to get worse.
