if my alt is strong enough to handel my system (curently a new 160 amp alt)do i need a red or yellow top battery my curent battery is a diehard gold battery and as of yet i have not had any problems yet

No the only reason you need a bigger batt is if you are plannin on playing your system without the engine running for extended periods of time.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif This is what I did, I added a marine storage/deepcycle battery to my car instead of a car battery cuz I like to listen to my system alot when the engine is off
