To BUY OR NOT???

i found this amp (specs & link below) locally for $210 and for its good to drive my Pioneer D2 400WRMS sub (i'll give it 360WRMS at 4ohms), BUT do you think MAGNAT has good amps or are they crap ones????

at 4ohms: Max:900W, RMS:360W

at2ohms: Max: 1500W, RMS:600W
