To buy, or not to buy?

Allright, right now i have a 10" l7, the older style with the silver and blue cone, in a

.75-.80 cube sealed box. It's getting 500 watts. I was wanting to get a 10" Fi Q and was wanting to know what i should do.Will it sound better? It will be in a proper sized sealed box getting 1,000 watts off a new amp. Any input would be great.

I already thought about going ported buy i drive and single cab s-10 and i need all the room i can get.

so what should i do buy the q or keep the l7

so 10" sub off 500 watts vs 10" sub off 1000 watts.....hmmmm
