havnt done it, but ive got an ed for sale if you do some research and decide to go that route, despite a lot of the *****ing around here, I found the ed to be an efficient amp

Just going by what it's rated at, it doesn't look very efficient. But going by people who've actually tested it say that it's pretty efficient. I'm expecting at least 3k out of 2 strapped. Nice amps, I used to run one of them. They are not very efficient, but do perform great and run cool.

I agree, they dont seem like they're too efficient on paper, but they could have fooled me. great bang for buck IMO

a while ago i ran a pair of 9.1's strapped on a pair of RE/FI SX's and liked it a lot. Can't say much for power output, but it got loud.

Some people were seeing 3k-3.2k watts.
