TN1.1200 or RF R750.1

Haven't built a system in a while so I need help choosing one of these amps. Going to run 1 sundown SA 10 not sure if it will be a 2ohm or a 4ohm ver. I've narrowed it down to a Soundstream TN1.1200 or the Rockford Prime R750.1. Would the Soundstream be to much for the sundown at 1ohm? or should I run it at 2ohms? The Rockford I would deff run it at 1ohm. Which one would you guys say to go with. It will be going in a 2011 VW Tiguan it has a 140amp alt and just the factory battery. With the car running I get 14.1 volts pretty steady. I just want to run enough power for a nice daily driver but I want a little headroom. I've seen the you tube videos saying both amps make the power but should I trust the amp dyno?

They started going down hill a few years ago. They changed boards and components to cheap crap mid model without saying anything.

So yes it's a good possibility it won't do rated.
