If its between those 2 amps I'd go with the Powerbass..

I ended up going with a HiFonics HFi1000.1D. I'm going to just run the sub at 4 ohms instead of 1 ohm. Plus now I have a little more flexibility if I want to get a beefier sub in the future.

I can tell ya that the power bass can handle 1ohm no problem..

edit: Numbers on the Hifonics looks good.. gl...
