yea donuts are pretty dangerous, but 80 miles an hour wtf. not to mention i've never seen a 28 yr old donut tire, i guess seeing one thats blown all to hell would be about the only way i'd see one. **** those donut tires are worthless.

wow someones a moron driving 80 mph on a spare 28 yr old donut tire... i wouldn't drive half that speed on a brand new one but 28 yrs old thats just stupid

i did read the thread, im suprised he was able to keep the car straight doing 80 on that tire let alone after it blew

what're you talking about, im not the one cruisen down the freeway on a donut tire, last time i used one i didn't go over 30 mph and it made a high pitched whinning noise the whole time. to be doing 80 mph that is wicked, i'd of crapped my pants hearing the noise that'd be making

i do have a question though, they did tend to make things beefier back in the day but thats one tough lookin wheel for a donut. if mine were to blow i woulda been riding on my brake pads, what made them start making donut tire wheels so weak
