He told me he was going to wait for the money and I said ok(paypal only takes at most 4 days to transfer to your account). Well supposedly it took over 2 weeks for him but paypal is telling me it was transferred in the week I sent it. He isnt on this forum.

Maybe he didn't have it transferred to his account. He could have requested paypal send him a check. In which case, that really shouldn't be your problem unless he told you specifically upfront he was going to wait for a paypal check. Or the ****er was too lazy and kept forgetting to check his bank statements to verify the transfer. In any event his response was uncalled for and you should go cut his penis off.

i saw some guy trying to sell a year old sx 18" for $400+ shipping yesterday.

the more or less post dumping that most people complain about is this anyway when in most cases it would actually help people sell their shit.

and heres another one. the idiot who tried to sell his used tc2k for $500 because tc jacked up their prices.

Or how about people who try to sell non car audio items at an outragous price then wonder why no one buys their shit and people give them lowball offers. One seller that comes to mind is the guy who is selling a reverse lambo door kit for $700 on here.... thats insane... pepole that shop on here are lookn for amps and subs for less than that usually so why would they buy something like that? :shakeshead:\

See, I don't have a problem with this. If the price seems to high for you, then move on. They have a right to set any price they wish. Maybe after 2 years he feels it is a collectors piece, who knows? Who gives a shit? The market will dictate whether his price is good, by selling or not selling. If you want to help them out with your opinion of the price then PM them about it. If I want to go out and buy a jensen HU and try to sell it for $100 what someone can pay in walmart, I have that right as the seller.

The you is figurative and was meant as the reader of said r-tard thread. I didn't really mean YOU personally, but so many people with the same feelings as you, find it necessary to ruin a FS thread because they think the price is ridiculous. That bothers me more. I do agree with most these people and find some asking prices far fetched, but I silently laugh at them an go to the next thread. Obviously, you do too. Many don't and that makes my skin crawl.

agreed. I do sorta hate to see nice equipment just sitting in limbo of sorts because some tard doesnt realize that what he's asking for a price is outragous. i think to myself "hey man I could use that .... hell id buy it if he wasnt being a douche about the price"
