i think theres a problem if youre drivin slow enough for a cyclists to make eye contact wit you

If you are on a side street approaching a stop sign at a main road and there is a cyclist coming along that main road, he needs to be able to make eye contact with you. Deeply tinted side windows makes this impossible.

Many drivers are far too unobservant and will frequently fail to see cyclists, motorbikes, etc... For the cyclist to see the driver is very important.
