Anyone know anywhere I can fixed a cracked rim in South Texas?

I was given some Focal rims last week by my bro-in-law. Just today I got around to getting tires and getting em all mounted and on the road. Well, 4 hrs later ones dead flat. It has a crack on it and I need it fixed since im almost sure I will not find one anywhere. Anyone know anywhere in South Texas if possible to get it fixed? I am also looking to just buy one? I will also consider shipping it off to get it fixed? Just need some help on where to go or send it? Thanks for the help...
