Fuc* man....you guys who live in states that can go 25% is lucky....hawaii can only go 35%....cops here charge can charge 175 a window if he wants to be a dic*....300 for the windsheild if he's a dic*head...hows that for bullshi* laws!
Along with that, it means 35% NET. Which means darkness of the window and the flim combined.at least you can put 35% on the front side windows. In CA we can put any tint on the back and rear side windows but the front sides can only be 70%. I would much rather have 35% all around then have darker windows on my rear doors and pretty much no tint allowed on the fronts.
I used to have 35% and I couldn't even tell they were tinted from inside the car. I put another layer of 35%, so should be about 12% and still have no trouble seeingYea, I think I'm going with 35%. 50% doesn't seem like it would be worth it, it's just I really dont want to take that chance if you know what I'm saying. 35% you can normally see through correct? Just not much?
It looks alot better when the tint is the same percentage all the way around... I had 35% in front and 5% in back on my monte carlo... now on my grand prix i did 20% all the way around and it looks great.I decided 25% on the back window and 35% on all 4 sides. Thanks guys!
