Tint before title = legal?

If I want to tint under the legal limit, and I have the car tinted before I sign the title, is that considered a loophole around the tint law?

My car is in my dads name, and now that I have paid my dad back completely for the car, I am transferring the title to yours truly. Tint it before I sign the title?

I dont understand the question.. They dont ask about your title when you go to get tint on your car.

Edit- Do you mean, if you get the car tinted before you sign the title, then sign it, it was already tinted before you "owned" the car?

If so, no that will not work with the cops. Tint can be removed, and they would expect it removed after purchase of the car.

Okay, well here is a similar situation.

My brother bought a car without a front bumber. He got stopped, and told the cop he bought the car like that, the cop gave him a ticket regardless.

Okay, well here is a similar situation.
My brother bought a car without a front bumber. He got stopped, and told the cop he bought the car like that, the cop gave him a ticket regardless.

Ill just tell the cop that theirs a gun in the glove box and a dead body in the trunk an a stolen car and that i dont have a licence and when he calls for backup and the deputy comes and asks to see my license ill show it to him and when he asks me to open the glove box ill open it and when he asks me to open the trunk ill open it and when he says something like "I dont get it, i was told you had a gun in the glove box and a dead body in the trunk and no license" then ill be like, well i bet he also lied to you about me not having a fromt bumper!! rofl! okay..

thats pretty weak, atleast he could throw the bumper on and get the ticket dropped though...

where this guy pays xxx dollars for tint, gets pulled over and issued a sitation for xxx dollars (and probally laughed at)....lose/lose situation imo.

The joke was supposed to be about speeding. Not something they could obviously tell you didn't have.
