Time to start over

yo
After installing my speakers I have realized that my subs are not what I would like them to be at. My midbass hits harder then my subs do.. which is pretty sad imo. If possible I would like to keep the same box that I built for the old subs and keep the wiring thats wired. I don't want to spend a huge amount on this maybe 300$ at the most? If needed I could go higher but not much. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

I dont remember the dimensions of the box. When I get home ill find out. I dont know the watts i pushed them at, my friend pretty much set the subs up.
