time for a new box!!!!

ok so currently i have 2 12" Type R's in a small sealed box well my buddy just built a very small box and he has a little under a full sheet of wood left so i was wondering what are your recomendations for a box for 2 12" Type R's in a suv...i listen to rap and rock so i want it loud they will be getting 600 watts total for both i know its underpowering them but still i want it loud....i was thinking maybe 2.5 cubes at 34Hz

or 2 @ 34Hz...i also want it to hit the lows too

If I were you I just stay with an oversized sealed box until you can get more power...

nah this amp is bumping them fine right now so i just want to build another box

with that power you should use just one R and put it in a 2.5^3 box ported.

If you bought a new amp it would probably be night and day between the amp your running.

The smallest I would ever go for 2 Type-Rs shared would 3 tuned to 35 but that would be pretty overdamped and not be too great with the low end. It can't hurt to experiment so why not try it.
