Tidal Audio

So I picked up some new subs. They're Tidal Audio REF-TM12.4 OEMed by Image Dynamics. They're rebadged ID12D4V3 subs without the big magnet cover that most people remove to decrease the mounting depth anyway. I just put them in my car tonight and so far I really like them. They're really musical and blend extremely well with my front stage. They're worlds better than my CVXs. I was afraid that I was going to lose my low end output because the CVXs were really good at that. With less power, I have more low end with the Tidal Audios. These are definitely great SQ subs. I posted these pics in my build log, but I'll post them here too since this'll probably get more views than my build log at this point.

Thanks. If you want to pick up a set, get 'em from woofersetc on eBay. They're $79 with free shipping. Woofers is the only place that still has them.

Picture a small motor that would be used with a 2" voice coil. It's nothing impressive. They're SQ subs, mainly.

**** wish I had seen this a few days ago. I ended up picking up a pretty nice set of phoenix gold rsdc's for 100 bucks but these would have been nice too

I wanted to get a pair of IDs for the longest time because of their sound qualityrice ratio and my box is pretty much perfect for them size wise. Then I came across these somehow. Being rebadged IDs for half the cost of an ID, I had to pick them up.

Thanks. They're identical to the IDs in terms of T/S specs. The differences include the badge, the color of the basket, and the lack of the cover on the magnet.
