Well I finally decided to get rid of my wall with the two 18's. I went home from school this past weekend and tore it all out, and that expanding foam was not easy to get rid of. Figured I'd start to build the new box and I got that done now just waiting for my third sub to get here (tomorrow) and this upcoming weekend will hopefully get it all installed. System consist of two sets of rockford fosgate punch 6.5" components, mb quart 4 channel, three 18" Fi fully loaded BL subwoofers matched with three AQ 1200D's.

What a mess...

Boards cut and glued with some cement for pressure

Three 8" sonotubes coated with fiberglass resin

what is the box total volume after sub and port displacement?

Right around 15 a little on the small side but still wanted to use the back window. Tuned to 35hz with 150" of port area.

did you have problems with your back window mounts? Mine stripped out from bass

so i had to take my system out, or have a gasket made to seal it (lose use)

But i didnt have a wall, just two l7s and 1800w

dims on the box, i didnt know i could fit 15 cubes. Looks like you lost a little rear view visibility?

I havent had any problems with my back window...I'm kind of thinking I will now though, but we'll see. I made the box out of birch plywood and doubled up the front back and top and then put a brace going from the sides. The outter dimensions are 41 wide, 34 deep, and 26 tall. Pioneer Saturn made me the design. Also I did lose some rear visibility but it wasn't that much.
