and what would be a better sub for $110 shipped that can handle 950W?? and im debating about the HU, might get the Pioneer 4200UB for the extra set of pre-outs

if your gunna get the pioneer why not look into buyin one or 2 of my sa-12s youll be louder and most likely sound better than with the pioneer

if your looking for good bang why not get a Type R, and if you want more get another later. I just picked up 2 12"s new from ebay for $220

or buy someones 1000w sub used
