The videos did not show them doing rated, dirty or clean... Are you blind too? However, I commend you on the new grammar. It is much, much more tolerable. I also want to add that your slang you speak of isn't slang. It was simply the lack of knowing words. No slang is that bad. None. Not even ******* cajun.

Also, don't claim to be helping people when you clearly don't know what you're talking about half the time.

Wow...guess I'm a few days' late for the party. Interestingly enough, I was the original threadstarter for the SS Rubicon 2500.1d asking for clamped numbers over at CACO.

Some people hate them, others may say eh, it's an ok budget amp. I have read plenty of people running the amp at .5 ohm with a strong electrical and pulling some pretty good numbers. Then you got the amp heats up issue. Amp is supposed to do 1 ohm stable.

I'm currently running mine at 2 ohms until I can get my new subs installed then will be running the amp at 1 ohm. I haven't had any issues with the amp since I've owned it.

Here's some food for thought: The older ones supposily are the good ones. They have 1 fan built in. They came out with a 2 fan version, which is what I have. Only way to tell which one you got is to reveal the guts. The outside of the amp didn't get changed or modified.

they are good budget amps thats it.speaking from personal experience going to a skar sk1500 from a rub 1.1000 having had each one on the same sub, box ect.skar sounds better and is way more efficient.had to use some bass boost on the ss where as the skar doesnt need any to get just as loud...sound and efficiency is where its at.
