that does not look like a particularly nice amp, but looks can be deceiving.

the reason i am asking is because i am looking for equipment that may be good quality but not necessarily in use a lot. now i know that basing this on CA is a little biased because for the most part no one here uses anything "main stream". most people that don't know any better use things like Pyle, boss, sub standard pioneer, substandard kicker, etc etc. i am looking for equipment that is even less main stream than what people here use. if we don't ever look at anything other than what we know we miss things so i am looking to go out on a limb and try some stuff other people wouldn't normally.

i know what most of the "trash" brands are, now, but there are still brands i have never heard of, and at the same time before i came here i wouldn't have used things like hifonics, soundstream, ppi, aq, ssa. i would have gone with brands that have/had an established reputation not knowing their products have fallen off greatly since i installed my first "system" over 10 years ago.

having said that are there other brands you guys are aware of that don't get any credit, or brands that "might" be worth a shot but that no one else has been willing to take a chance on?

Lanzer...... Opti line only though.. Very nice stuff for its price point. Id run their amps and mids if I ever needed new ones.
