Thoughts on install

Im getting ready to completely redo my system in my 2010 chevy silverado crew cab. I am looking to install a jl audio stealth box with a 10" W3v3-4 subwoofer or a 10" W1v2( which would yall suggest?), 4 polk db651, and i would like to keep the factory radio( is this even possible if i want an ipod hookup?). What amp would i need? I would like to purchase a single amp to power everything. What would install, wires, speakers, and amp cost? Is there anything else i should consider?
