hi guys

well, i ordered 2 brand new subs and paid about $300 each to get them shipped here to Canada. Now i got the one and the other is lost!!!! **** post offices!! USPS had to ship them seperately coz of the weight, and they entered Canada at the SAME time, yet one came and its been over a month and no sign of the other!

I know its not the sellers fault, but I find out he didnt/couldnt even put $200.00 worth of insurance on them. plus they have a tracking number, it was send USPS registered airmail i believe.

Any of you have similar packages that were lost but recovered??

I feel the seller should have at least put $200 or so of insurance on each, it was after all, new equipment, not used.

and the dumba@@ post office just gives the run around and is no help at all!!

Keep saying, it must be lost, DUHHHH!! REALLY???//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/*******.gif.a649d21efc0d1fd4890a6428166586c1.gif

other than **** it up.. any advice??

thx

As a kind gesture I put insurance on the items I sell. Its only $1 per $100 for me. However if you dont pay for it you cannot complain to the seller.. You can however be upset at the PO.

yeah, thats nice of ya to do that

ill have to check my old emails to see if i asked him to. i think i did

man that sucks i would say just keep calling the post office and ***** at them till they actually decide to help.

other than that insurance is your savior
yeah, i sure will

but who should i rip into first?? it was started by USPS, but it shows it entered across the border, i Canada Post looks to be the lucky people to here from me a bazillion times, correct??? or are they both at fault??

Asking him to and paying him to do it are totally different.

Once USPS got it to the border, it is not their problem.

.
well of course, thats what i meant. i wouldnt ask someone to do it for free

also

slightly off topic, but whenever i "personally" ship, i do automatically while filling out the form. i mean, its kinda instinct with me. i couldnt do otherwise. i mean, your leaving it up to chance that it doesnt get lost with the not-so-trustworthy post office. if someone pays or not, i still put it. it saves a lot of hassles like im into right now by just simply paying 2-3 bux for insurance
